TelePro Experience

Since joining TelePro, Kalai has served as the lead developer for a text-to-speech alarm system designed for the aluminum smelting industry, and is also a key member of our Grafana dashboard team. She is known for finding innovative solutions to longstanding problems, enhancing user interfaces, and delivering stable, reliable systems. Her primary focus is on GUI and database development.

Prior Experience

Before joining TelePro, Kalai’s experience included:

• Leading the development and maintenance of Fisher FIRST, a global sales order tool for control valve sizing, selection, and order processing.
• Designing and implementing user interfaces using the Model View Controller pattern, and developing custom controls for enhanced user experience.
• Developing technical architecture and system design documents for instrumentation applications.
• Building modules for data input, search criteria, and ad hoc reporting using VB.NET and C++.
